Genesis Healthcare Hires Harry Wilson for CEO Role

09:01 AM EDT, 03/23/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Genesis Healthcare (GEN), the provider of nursing facilities and senior living communities, said early Tuesday it has appointed Harry Wilson as its chief executive officer, replacing Robert Fish, who will remain a member of the board.

Wilson's focus will be on immediately developing and executing a turnaround plan for Genesis, the company said in a statement.

Shares of the Kennett Square, Penn.-based company rose 1.7% in pre-bell activity.
